Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred. Candidates should have good English speaking and listening skills along with relevant bartending or hospitality experience.
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, supporting guest satisfaction and following applicable health, hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and specialty beverages according to recipes and service standards.
Interact with guests professionally and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend beverages, signature cocktails and seasonal specials based on guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, tools, equipment and work surfaces.
Monitor bar inventory, replenish supplies and report shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
Process billing transactions accurately and coordinate effectively with servers, kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow responsible beverage service policies and all applicable workplace safety and hygiene requirements.
