The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and working with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and guest requirements.
Maintain food quality, presentation, portion control and hotel standards.
Assist in menu development, recipe preparation and kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory, rotate stock and minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper storage of food items while following HACCP and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours and assist in training junior staff.
