The Electrician & Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power systems and general technical areas to ensure guest safety and smooth facility operations.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting fixtures, and control equipment.
Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or required adjustments.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, safety switches, and repair records.
Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors for major repairs when required.
