The Fisherman is responsible for catching fish and seafood using approved fishing techniques and equipment while following safety, marine and environmental regulations in challenging sea conditions.
Operate and maintain fishing vessels, nets, lines, traps and related equipment.
Catch fish and seafood as per company requirements and industry standards.
Sort, clean and store catch properly to maintain freshness and quality.
Follow fishing regulations and sustainable marine practices.
Assist with navigation, boat maintenance and deck operations.
Monitor weather conditions and work with crew members to ensure safe operations.
