Welcome guests warmly and manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, cancellations and guest inquiries through phone, email and in person.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
Process payments accurately and maintain confidential guest records.
Keep the reception area organized while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when required.
