Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management with Good English Language Speaking & Listening Skills (Must).
The Housekeeping Staff maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas, helping create a safe, clean and welcoming guest environment.
Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, average minimum 16 rooms per day.
Change bed linens, make beds, replace towels and replenish guest amenities.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture and sanitize surfaces.
Report maintenance issues, damages and guest requirements to the supervisor promptly.
Stock housekeeping trolley, dispose waste safely and handle laundry services if required.
Follow hotel safety, security, lost-and-found, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
