The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing water supply, drainage systems and plumbing fixtures to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, faucets, toilets and plumbing fixtures.
Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues in guest rooms, kitchens and common areas.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and water-related issues.
Repair leaks, unclog drains and maintain hot and cold water systems.
Replace damaged pipes, fittings and maintain service records.
Respond to plumbing emergencies and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
